I highly recommend Above All Else Home Inspections for you inspection needs. Lonnie's attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge gave us great confidence in our pre-listing inspection. Lonnie is very detail oriented and strives to educate his customers before, during and after the inspection. There wasn't a single item in our report that Lonnie didn't take time to explain to us during the inspection and offer a solution for correction. Great Service Lonnie! Along with our home purchase we are anticipating an extensive remodel and wanted an in-depth inspection to uncover any issues that might come to light during the remodel. I found Lonnie through a Google search and selected him based on reviews. From my first conversation with Lonnie, I was confident he would do a great job. By the end, he and his work surpassed every expectation I had. His report was exhaustively thorough and Lonnie himself is friendly, professional, patient, informative and diligent. Working with Lonnie was an excellent decision, I couldn't recommend him enough.

Lonnie is amazing! He will help you through each step of the way, day or night. He is very detailed and goes over everything with you so you understand each detail. We called him late Thursday night and he was out for an inspection that Friday. If you are looking for someone that will take care of you. Call him! He is the best around.

Lonnie provides a great service! As a buyer that is not local, he really did an exceptional job being thorough with his report and phone call afterwards. He was very generous with his time reviewing his report and making sure I had a full understanding of the issues he had found. He is a great, professional inspector and also a very nice guy. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great inspector.

Stop looking for another inspector and do yourself a favor and choose Lonnie, Above All Else Home Inspections. He'll not disappoint! He's not only thorough and knowledgable, but very informative and patient. He took the time to answer and explain any questions that I had; I really enjoyed working with him and appreciated the extra time he took to speak with me after I received the inspection report. The report he provides is comprehensive and easy to read/ navigate. I would definitely use him again and/or recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified inspector.
