My husband has been there for almost a year and it is a really wonderful place. He loves the staff and they take good care of him! I enjoy visiting every week - everything is always clean and smells fresh. The staff have done a wonderful job of making special arrangements for us when we celebrate events there. They really care!

I was in an accident April 3, 2018. I was in Jamestown until June 1. I was extremely happy with my care by nurses and CNA's. Everyone was very kind & courteous. Always there to help when needed. I highly recommend it. Love the court yard, Flowers and TURTLES!

My Dad was there for rehab last year after a fall. They took good care of him. He really enjoyed it there. It was a great experience for all of us.

Could not have more good things to say about the staff on the rehabilitation side. Corey, Cherrie, Alexandria, Jonathan, and Michelle the physical therapist. The staff comes in with a loving attitude to a job and have such a heart to serve. My grandfather had been to Jamestown on two different occasions before he passed and I can not put into words my gratitude for the staff and the way they took care of him when he couldn’t be home. I highly recommend this facility.
