Your office manager is extremely verbally abusive towards me disabled patient. And also refuse to give me a Activation code for OCHIN Mychart so that I can get it set up so that I can see my test results. She has also told me that I am not legally entitled to have or see my test results that were ordered by Dr. CURRIE. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND ANGRY AND HAVE BEEN HURT. I DON'T DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. All I have requested is a Activation Code so I can get OHCIN MyChart.

There providers are good, but their staff is completely incompetent. On many occasions they don't answer the phone or call you back regardless of how serious the matter. It's not abnormal for them to take weeks to respond to a patient's returned call or request for multiple samples because they lose them. Ive been there for a year and I have yet to experience decent from staff other than my provider. In fact, my doctor had to give me a personal number to contact her because many clients were having this experience. Medical Wallace Concern has the potential to do great things with great service, but after they improve their staff's standards.

This place has given me, far and away, the best medical care I've had in my whole life (and I've had insurance through Providence, Kaiser and Legacy in the last 8 years). I came here, originally, to get a basic need met, not knowing what to expect. What I received was full spectrum care, led by my primary provider and her medical assistant, who followed through on the process to ensure I got everything I needed. They listen to and care about their patients.nnWMC has been my home for all of my medical care for 2+ years, and I am happier, healthier and thriving more than ever. If you need help applying for OHP, they can help you with that, too. Go see them. You'll be so glad you did.
