We ordered online for the 1st time on Friday night 11/20/2020. The menu should say if bread comes with meals, we had to call to verify, however when we were ready to check out online there it was clearly stated. We drove up and didn't even have to check in because they already had a "runner" asking for names at the car. We checked our bag before leaving and noticed an item missing but we were able to call over the "runner" who in turn walkie talkied to inside the restaurant and retrieved it for us without missing a beat and we were on our way home where we enjoyed the delicious, flavory hot food.

My daughter and I ordered pickup Olive Garden Wednesday evening and it was awful!! The Alfredo dipping sauce was watery and the pasta was dry! I ordered the chicken scampi and there was no sauce at all. It was so dry I ended up throwing it all away. They definitely need to work on their to go orders. My daughters noodles were dry as well. No sauce! Very disappointed for how much I paid for this.
