Staying in a hotel. Ordered food for pick up. Classic nachos stacked on top of each other. One big glob of mush. No napkins forks or knives. Really? Supposed to eat our meal with our fingers? Update: spoke with manager Ryan Anderson to explain the lack up plastic forks and knifes. He said customers have to ASK for these item on a to go order. Are you kidding me? A to go order could for a hotel room, eat in a park or in your car. How do you eat baked beans and coleslaw with your fingers? We have to also ask for napkins! Done with Chilis!

The food was awesome fresh and full of flavor.The carside food runner gave our food to the wrong customer and ran outside in a panic after noticing what she did.

Always consistently delicious. One of the best chain restaurants ever. The server today was especially good.

Before moving to New Mexico , I had never eaten at Chili's. From what all my friends and colleagues were saying, I was lead to believe that this restaurant was the best thing since sliced bread. How disappointed I was when I ate here for the first time. First of all, I ordered a 3 for $10. I wanted chicken tenders with a loaded baked potato soup, corn , and fries. The cashier said I cant have all of those so I'm asking why is it called 3 for $10 then? She is arguing me down saying you just can't get it so after 5 minutes of talking, I say ok what can I get. She says whatever three things you want. Im thinking to myself, this lady is trying to grind my gears. After 20 minutes of waiting I go back to get my food and am told that the soup needs to be reheated cause we ran out. Im thinking why wasn't my order filled first since I ordered it, so after another 15 minutes, I go to get the food and they didn't put any honey Chipotle on my chicken. So after she apologized and another 5 minutes of waiting, I finally got my order and once I checked it, I had chili instead of baker potato soup. I am just disgusted by this terrible attention to detail and the quality of the food was definitely not up to standards. How did they reheat soup and it is cold? I don't recommend this place to anyone.
