Cashier was friendly.
Went in there for the first time ever spent over $70 and was very excited to eat my wings since wings are my favorite food. I could only eat 2 they were so disgusting the worst wings I have ever eaten. The wings had Very little sauce and were very Gooey it's literally made me feel so grossed out. The French fries were not that good but we did enjoy the fried pickles however I don't think we got what we paid worst first experience eating at a new restaurant ever will definitely not be returning 😒😭💔
Now I can see why it has 3 stars. Order said it would be ready in an hour and a half for 20 wings, wherever, then I get there 5 minutes after it says that it'a done and my order hasn't even been started!!! I had to wait an additional 25 munutes before my order was FINALLY ready. Whats the point of a tracker when I have to guess when it's ready. There was also no one in the store and the wings were dried out and had to be thrown out because they were like eating leather. This was the last chance I'm giving them and they have lost a customer for life.
Beer was cold.
Nachos are a huge mountain of chips.
Cheese is light.
Oh well. Wings were good.
Worst customer service ever! Two girls in lobby area never greeded us. We had to ask where we could sit. Waiter at the bar was nice, but we had to ask for utensils, then napkins and later for soda refills. Had to flag him down whenever we needed something. Every staff member we saw that day seemed mad or maybe in a bad mood. I gave it 2 stars cause food was good.
Truly disappointing. We ordered well done burgers, they were both raw. The driver said our food was delivered but it was not. Then our drinks were missing. Flavor was ok but very heavy on the pepper.
