The trend and the spectacular comfort

I arrived at midnight at the monsai hotel, having difficulty parking my vehicle since it is very narrow and only 3 vehicles can stop. The next day Ms. Thais woke me up to ask for my information to invoice the same data that I gave at the time of reception or arrival at the hotel. Ms. Thais insisted arguing that she should leave the hotel. It seems to me a disregard with me on the part of Ms. thais I do not recommend this monsai hotel for bad treatment to the user. The room is clean and the facilities show good maintenance. The rest of the staff is friendly and polite except Ms. thais who maintains a negative attitude
