Terrible attention. The receptionist on duty is rude and disrespectful. I asked to activate an insurance policy and without even calling he said that Seguros Caracas did not attend him. I checked from my phone to see if there really was a problem with the system and I was able to communicate without problems, when I asked him to insist he gave me a bad answer
