Poor service of the branch located in the CC Trinitarias de Barquisimeto, not only the laundry service is terrible, but they are irresponsible for not recognizing their bad service, much less assuming their responsibility. They damaged a brand quilt. I do not recommend them at all. The management of this company should have quality controls and know the complaints of users and also evaluate the performance of their staff, which in the case of this branch, the level is very low, not only the operators who did the wrong service , but that of the person they have in front. "The employees of a company are the reflection of a good or bad management" When a company does not listen to its users, it is condemned to a mediocre company.
