The Shopping Center is quite run down, the cinema has been closed for many years, the premises at the south entrance are practically abandoned, towards the north entrance, there are banks, a supermarket, a pharmacy, among others. It has good access by public transport, there are also taxis that work intermittently and you can walk to the center since it is a few blocks from Av. Caracas. It is an emblematic place of San Felipe. It is worth noting that at the main entrance is the Snowie ice cream parlor, one of the best ice cream and dessert sales in the city, with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, in December, the bakery is very popular for its famous ham bread .
