The Teo Capriles Velodrome is the name given to a multipurpose sports facility located on Avenida Intercomunal de Montalbán in the El Paraíso sector in the Libertador Municipality in the Capital District, west of the Caracas metropolitan area and north of the South American country of Venezuela.

"National Sports Institute" excellent for exercise, has a gym, swimming pool, running track, courts and many other things to do sports. They teach a variety of sports on this site, they also have coffee, bathrooms and many other things. It is an excellent place.
