Once I had the opportunity to visit this nucleus of the UPEL, it is quite large considering that Rubio is small as a city, although it is justified by the fact that it welcomes students from other parts of Táchira and even from other federal entities in Venezuela. as well as students from the neighboring Republic of Colombia. Certainly, it must improve some aspects of infrastructure, especially since its location is distant from the passenger terminal and the center of Rubio.
