Excellent place, but closed to the public since it happened at the hands of the Venezuelan State. According to information from the premises, only persons linked to the State, or officials thereof, access; either for exclusive events of the same, or particular events -a previous permission or authorization of use-. You can't rate a place that is "as if it didn't exist" -The star is assigned, just to be able to publish the opinion-
