The state of this healthcare center is unfortunate, in part due to the lack of a budget on the part of the state, administrative mismanagement, corruption of both management personnel and some of the operating personnel who steal and sell the medicines. Also part of the patients and people in general who do not take care of the facilities.

The first of February, at night, I entered the emergency room due to a traffic accident and they didn't even see me enter, we waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came to see me. Thank God there were coworkers there and I am assured that they took me to the Carupano Polyclinic.
