The service is deficient, on 12-30-2020 I had to go to pick up a package that was paid door to door because they no longer provide that service, however, door to door appears as available abroad. Apart from that they did not have antibacterial gel or alcohol to disinfect the clients who entered the office.

They did not notify me by phone that a shipment had arrived. Attention is extremely slow. Queue of almost three hours. To inform the office, if shipment arrived, they require a guide number and a name and identity card number is not enough.

At the time of picking up the package they were very attentive and diligent, the negative was that when I called they did not answer the calls, I had to try many times. Except for that fact they are responsible for the delivery of shipments from abroad. They comply with biosecurity measures for covid-19
