The island of Coche is very beautiful, but the tourism agents overcharge the prices for foreigners. The only way to not lose so much money is to bargain. Jet Sky tours cost an average of $ 10 for 30 minutes and meals are cheap.

Peacefully & Stunning Island, less than 20k habitants; amazing views and landscapes, good density of wildlife, the folks around are friendly as you would imagine from a Venezuelan Island. Electricity and potable water do not scarce in the hotels. There are a Salt Mine, that has some Pink coloured Salt Cristals that looks awesome. In the highest Point there's a Lighthouse from where you can clearly view the MainLand & Margarita Island. You can pay for a guided tour around the Island (or be a good hiker and just walk around its a safe place) or rent a boat to Cubagua Island from here.

Remote yet awesome place to visit, make sure you spend some time exploring the pink salt lake.

Good for a full day trip with your loved ones but still need many more services for tourists
