Nice hotel but management does not take room security seriously. I was there with my family for a wedding and few rooms were robed during the party. When asked about security cameras recordings, they responded that they did not see anything on them. I believe that management is taking a share of the loot

Hotel is located in a beautiful place of the island called Punta Cardon, more or less 1.7 km after Playa El Agua. The facilities are truly admirable and the customer service from the staff is superb. There are a few things that could improve such as the locks at the door from the rooms that are in front of the beach. There's also some drippings coming from the ceiling at the restaurant due to the air conditioning system. The food is really good; best things you can order are the Parguito Frito (pan fried fish with mashed plantains called patacones and a Creole coleslaw); tequeños are a must and the bakery as well. Don't miss the chance to have delicious fruit juices. It's a good place to spend a short getaway for four days... you can enjoy the pool, walks and a masseuse if booked. Great for couples. It's a low light place so it's more romantic than familiar.

5 rooms were robbed during this weekend wedding!! No security and the manager and front desk don’t even care or act like they care Horrible Experience !!! Don’t come to this place Roban y no les importa ! No usen Este hotel
