The medical services that Prevaler can offer, are undermined from the beginning, by a terrible telephone attention. The automated central leaves the calls "hanging." On the other hand, if the extension is dialed, they don't answer it either. If they want to improve here they have a fertile field ...

The system you are working with is lousy since they put patients on hold for too long and doctors without a patient while they activate and reactivate the keys and when you realize you spend all day waiting, annoying and apart the entire chain which is formed by playing with your time and disposition
