It is a very nice building but it does not work as a museum. I've seen lately they're using it to teach local kids with additional and refresher courses, so it's working as a kind of community center. On the front, on Thursday nights, talks and concerts are held.

Despite not being open to the general public, a foundation with Catholic principles works to educate, guide and feed children of limited resources in the municipality of Maneiro.
