Good day. I need to request assistance from wheelchairs to and from the plane for my parents, inside the plane they do not need it but for transfers from and to the plane. They travel from Caracas to Lisbon tomorrow, July 9, arrive on July 10 in Lisbon and from there they leave for Rome. Try to do it using the special needs form but do not allow it.
