Nice customer service, but lacks 24 h security.

Que servicio tan terrible, llamaron a mi suegra y dijeron que pague mantenimiento y les llame para avisar. Hizo su pago y llamó por dos días seguidos y NADIE atendía esos teléfonos. Para que luego de una semana le llamen a armarme un rollo porque no llamó a avisar.. una GRAN falta de respeto trancándole el teléfono y todo, esta persona resulta ser la “gerente” cuando llame a reclamar en su nombre. Se supone es esta persona trata con el público? ... Dios Santo!

It has good care, constant security in the different plots, water services, although in plot 22 B, this service is not received by pipes, but by containers (pipotes).
