Pestana Caracas Premium City & Conference Hotel

I wrote an e-mail 3 days ago and I didn’t get any answer. I called, no answer. DM’ed on Instagram, no answer. Looks beautiful and everything but the attention is awful. The hotel deserves just one star.

Hotel pestana's staff were so nice with us. Having a great customer service skill is very important and they were exceptional ! Additionally the view from the top floor is mind-blowing. A whole landscape of the Avila mountain and the city of Caracas. A 100% recommended

Nice place to stay, and if you want to having a fun time with your friends and dear ones.

This is a nice hotel situated near the Parque Miranda metro station in the walkable midtown Caracas. It is defined as a luxury hotel and for Venezuela it is. It has a nice rooftop bar and lounge, with a pool area, from where you have a gorgeous view of the Avila mountain. It has a huge supermarket across the street and many places to eat within a walking distance. The family-friendly Plaza Los Palos Grandes is not too far away.
