I've been pleasently surprised watching films at this place. During the week it's not crowded usually and you can arrive 10 minutes ahead and expect to buy tickets, popcorn and candy, and still be on time to watch the film from the beginning. If you get your tickets online though, there aren't any self-service machines to retrieve them, there's only one dedicated window and a small cue generally. Extremely crowded on weekends though —and not terribly nice.
