I don't know what the hotel is like, I only give it 4 stars because I went to a restaurant there several times and it was very good (it should be noted that this was 6 or 7 years ago).

I got this hotel on Booking.com and we have called the hotel directly from the United States to ask about the transfer to Simon Bolivar Airport, I was attended by a rather rude and unknowing girl who told me that they are not accepting reservations and I did not understand anything because I was supposed to book from booking.com in the USA, he told me that the prices varied and he couldn't tell me costs until I was there at the hotel, that for now reservations are not being made because then the person did not go and they did not they returned the money. I wonder, if they are not making reservations, why is this hotel listed on Booking.com? They should remove your search on google and on all hotel reservation pages. The price of the hotel on booking.com is $ 24 but the person upon arrival could say $ 50, $ 40 etc ... I don't understand ... 100% I would be wary of making a reservation online at this place if you are outside of Venezuela. Don't Never! I have called other places and the person who answered has been courteous. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
