It seems to me that is a transformation of a motel to a new hotel. Everything looks brand new but the beds which remains very substandard. It's well located and has parking, it's a little bit cheaper than others around

We stayed for a couple of nights. Even though the rooms are quite small it was such a great stay. Everything is clean and tidy. The bathroom just spotless. All the corridors and halls are decorated with beautiful pieces of art. The cafeteria serves some of the most original breakfast we've ever experienced. The visual and tasting experience was unique enjoying a beautiful view of the south part of the city. The place is a boutique offering the best price-value relationship around.
