The L.B "Luis Castro" was my house of studies, in which I graduated with the recognition of "2nd Best average" of my graduation with 18.9 points (this already 5 years ago). At first it was a good Lyceum, which had faithful participation of its students in academic activities both in the State and outside it, and a faithful respect from students to teachers, as well as from teachers to students; it can be said that it was really a "Quality" Lyceum. But with the passage of time, all of this has gradually declined; If it was not until it was decided to elect Lic. Pablo Arley Agelvis Márquez as the new Director, everything began to improve as it was in the beginning, since he is a man who studied and graduated on that campus, and he really saw himself that he wanted to do everything possible to return the Lyceum to a state closer to the one it was in at the beginning, and all the young people were happy with it, because despite all the difficulties, it was doing the best for the student; Although all this was for a brief period of time, until without voice or vote, people from the "Educational Zone" decided to remove him from his post, to appoint a Director, the citizen Moyfrans Bellorín Campos de Cedeño, who was called by MANY of the students such as: "THE GHOST DIRECTOR" (imagine why), she has never done anything to see the Lyceum grow, and it should be noted that it has reached my ears, from the voice of several students on campus, HE IS NEVER FOUND PRESENT AT THE LICEO ... The truth is that it saddens me to see how there were hopes that the Lyceum would improve, but unfortunately, since that change, it stopped being like this ... I want to limit, that this is my opinion personal, and I do not seek to privilege or offend ANYONE with my comment, since it was written with visible and notorious facts seen on my part, and the people (young students and the occasional teacher) who have studied and taught there , and that day by day they live the state "Deplorab "in which is located what was one of the Best Institutions of Secondary Education in the Neo-Spartan Region: The Educational Unit of the Bolivarian Lyceum" Luis Castro ".
