Mall with standard maintenance and a bit old. As an anecdote, they say that its owner committed suicide when they built the La Cascada shopping center. Years passed and its shopping center is still active with useful shops such as stationery, hairdresser, clinical laboratory, veterinarian and sales of motorcycles and spare parts.

It is a Shopping Center that is operationally dead ... A few stores survive; lottery agencies, workshops and parts sales; the usual thing seen in a dead place commercially speaking.
