Last December I was planning to travel with Wakú to Angel Falls, but due to an error from my bank, the transfer did not arrive on time and the trip with this tour operator was canceled; however, now that Wakú has received my money and without providing me with any service, he practically refuses to return it, without offering any other solution, despite promising that my money would never be lost; Currently, they don't even read the messages I write to them. I share this information not because at this moment I expect another different behavior from Wakú, but so that people know who they are really hiring, because as they have acted with my case, it leaves a lot to think about their seriousness and responsibility.
