Hello, good morning ... a cordial greeting to all the staff that works and can help me with respect to my Colombian ID, when I reached my majority I was able to obtain my password but as time passed by inadvertent I lost it and I could not claim my ID in physic. and I don't remember my identity number. I would like you to please give me the corresponding information to obtain it. what should I do? where I have to go? and what would be the requirements to obtain it. in my possession I only have the birth record.
