E.P.B Chaima

The "Chaimas" School is located between Arismendi and Bolívar streets, diagonal to the Bolívar de Uracoa square. Initially this structure served as a family home and headquarters of the Federal School "Chaimas". It was built in 1946 .. In 1952 he changed his name to "Chaimas" School and modified its structure to adapt it to its educational function. It was constructed of block and reinforced concrete, square in shape; It consisted of two large classrooms and another four of normal size. The building also consisted of a gable roof made of metal sheets that rests on a series of rectangular columns, located at the ends of the building. At a higher level it had another roof of the same shape and material, but resting on its inner walls.
