The new management or staff is extremely slow. To deliver a shipment there are many restrictions and processes if you send someone. And to send is the worst the queue is short but you can spend the whole morning. I do not recommend using this MRW.

El mine, if you come here to pick up your package in the middle of COVID, grab a fresh drink at the La Concha winery because you are going to stay for a while.

Small office with few staff for attention. This creates queues and slow service at times.
