Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all. It seems that they were in the era of smoke signals. F A T A L. It does not seem logical to me since they are in a good area and charge very well for their service

New office with excellent space, super attentive staff, only inconvenient points to pay almost never work.

It is better than the MRW next door but it is not perfect. If you are going to send a document, even if the destination is collected, you have to pay a part there, which does not add up much. It was in the front room but they moved and made it more beautiful and organized. In general the office is good but sometimes the points get chaotic there

They have a new office with more space for customer service. And its public service staff manages promptly. It has separate sales points (pos) for sending and receiving parcels.
