I give a star just so I can write my note. NEVER stay there. I went on 11/01/2017 and as it was for several days they required me to pay in advance, by transfer. I did it suspiciously because it turned out to be a fairly inexpensive hotel. I report a day before I made the deposit and that the 01 arrived there. I don't know how at first they thought 10/31/2017 was coming and they wanted to charge me that day too. Not conforming they give me a room without ventilation, damaged air, moldy walls and ceiling, I complain and since it was night they could do nothing, at night 2 children and I sneezing and suffocated. The next day, 4 complaints were added and they said there was no room. On the night of the 2nd day I had to leave suffocated and with flu symptoms, lose money for 4 nights and also pay for 3 medical consultations and treatment for tracheobronchial infection due to exposure to mold (antibiotics, antiallergics, antipyretics, gargle cures and expectorants x 3) my family vacation cut short thanks to people as greedy and unscrupulous as the Hotelucho that.
