Arguably the best restaurant in town. Impecable premises, protocol and legacy dining for more than 20 years. The cherry tender loin is magnificent, so are the seafood and fish selection. The menu is short, consistent and will only vary if there are specials or not enough fresh resources to comply with it. Costumer service within the staff is very good, always attentive and eager to satisfy the costumer at almost all cost. Appetizers are a must, local cheese cream with cassava and a version of mozzarella sticks called "tequeños" that come in two presentations: 1. Classic ; 2. With prosciutto and manchego cheese. Both are dreamy. Private parking available in one the best locations of the city. Highly recommended for fine dining.
