The attention on the part of the administration people is really bad, they are very badly educated and they believe that the deceased are rags! My experience was nothing pleasant with these people. I do not recommend it at all. Go and look for other options, this is not the best.
Poor service, does not comply with the contract established with the FERRALCA workers. After canceling monthly and without delay the payments required at the time of using it, inform that they will not be fulfilled. They do not answer the phone or answer emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
I have only attended as a companion of the mourners and the services seemed adequate in terms of cleanliness, operation of the air conditioners, comfortable furniture.

The attention from the Administration was very good, they helped us clarify the doubts regarding the paperwork that had to be done, they were very kind and attentive, unfortunately the surveillance of the place is very bad, they stole the batteries and rubbers from the cars of two relatives in broad daylight inside the funeral parlor parking lot and of course no security guard saw anything and the security cameras found in the establishment were "under maintenance". The guards are clearly complicit in the thugs as they even laughed at the situation and of course, the funeral home was not responsible for any theft.
