This year I have had two similar experiences with this agency. In the first one I sent a collection to destination, the system was being updated and as it lasted an eternity they told me that I had better leave the package with the data and they would send it. The guide number they sent me never yielded any useful information on the page. The package arrived well, but I found it very bad that the guide number did not work. The second time I wanted to make another delivery charge to destination but they invented that they only had a quota for shipments (I was the first shipment that day) and that I had to pay it there. I had to leave the package to them and they did not send me the guide number but I had to go get it another day. Oh and the maids don't wear masks either. They really leave a lot to be desired, I couldn't get out of there with all the diligence done in one go.

The company has declined its good service, and the exaggerated prices, respect to other couriers in the field. Additionally, this branch the queues for shipping and / or withdrawal are very long (you must do it on the street). I do not recommend using this Branch and trying to verify shipping rates with other companies in the field
