Hotel Chipi's Beach

Food is little ok for me. But hotel ventilation and Clening is not hygiene. I stay 3 days in hotel and no body coming to change towel and bedsheets. No room service I seen in 3 days.. Not up to standard..

Shower fittings are missing.

As an American travelling in Venezuela, I always take those extra few moments to double check my surroundings for my own security. I arrived to the hotel on a weekend during peak arrival time, and paid $19 for my room, which I thought was not a bad for a hotel near the airport during the off season. In the lobby, the only staff were two males in their 20's; one of which would not look me in the eyes. Upon entering the room, I did my usual security check and found that my room had an unbarred window with ground level access, and the hall door was flimsy and did not have an interior lock. The room itself was clean and simply decorated, so I am sure that many guests have spent a wonderful night there. As for me, I left without getting my money back, and went to another Hotel.

Well, this is a very simple hotel. It is clean and ok to stay during an emergency. There is a long stairs from the street to the counter for check in and you have to lift your luggage. I found this a bit weir because if you will spend a night or something you normally have to carry a luggage and it is very uncomfortable to climb these long stairs up to the lobby carry that weight. Food from the restaurant was good.

Good hotel for a short stay!
