There is no way to obtain information about an order that comes from Bogota, the phones they publish are only for messages, the website does not have information to track the shipment. the service is unfortunate.

My experience was frustrating, I came out crying in the inhuman way as the manager and a woman working at the Dos Caminos headquarters treated me. That staff does not have the slightest delicacy or education. I do not recommend it at all, the only hope I have is that they are not the only ones there are others in the market.
