Frequent for many years this place. Always with garbage and vandalism problems. Many maintenance days were carried out but they lasted very little time. In addition, two businesses took part in their areas and the City Hall did nothing about it. The bust is of Sir Baden Powell founder of the World Scout Movement in 1907. Restored twice by the Scouts of Zulia.
