Beside staff try to provide good service the facilities are not up to the standars... And the food is sooo repetitive. Of course Venezuelans problems reach here too

very good. very attentive staff and very beautiful beach. the only thing that was lousy was the attention to the room. In a week that we were there they only cleaned it once and that's because I complained about 3 times that they did it and throughout the week they never changed my beach towel because they were never available or they had not been washed or they had not been dried or any excuse , they must improve a lot in that part. otherwise everything was excellent.
