Really stupid place. Renovating 6 am in the same floor and then next night they renovate the roof 2 am in the night. Awful service and they do not take anything serious. Sure it is cheap if you conpare with other hotels in the same area... Worth the risk? No.

I'd a booking on this hotel for June, 21st, 2018 and I found a lot of surprises: the time for the check-in was in between 45m to 1h, the assigned room wasn't ready and they tried to change me into another one which wasn't ready as well, nice really? I lost my reservation on a restaurant due to the bad service in the front desk asking for a cab, the water service is regulated and last but not least I got robbed. So if you want to waste your time and lose your money go there for sure.

Good location. The hotel is ranked as 4 stars but actually looks like 3 stars. The attention at the hotel specially at front desk is terrible. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm and last time I had to wait 4 hours after 3pm to receive my bedroom. Food is Ok.

Although you may find more luxurious hotels in Caracas, no hotel is better located than PLM. I would dare to say is the only hotel you can walk to and from safely in the city. The prices are reasonable. Breakfast is included and is really high-quality too. The hotel is within the Paseo Las Mercedes mall which also has a theatre.
