Good place, however didn't fulfill my expectations for a restaurant that intends to serve haute cuisine. Some details were neglected such as the preparation of the meat cuts (we found a lot of connective tissue in both our plates). The dishes are very well thought and the flavor construction flawless. Great service, excellently trained staff.

Very good food with a major selection of meat cuts and local folkloric taste. Pricey but worth it, sadly, the local shortage of goods have cut the availability of the menu.
