The fastest way to lern a language
EF Thieves par excellence!
They give you a thousand excuses at the time of requesting the refund so that the term expires and they tell you that the request does not proceed. They take time to answer your calls or emails, obviously for them to buy time and the deadline is running out.
If it is about helping others, then I do not recommend this institute. I have had a terrible experience with EF, the advisers are constantly changed, the last adviser in Caracas is rude (we have the emails), communication is null and I have had problems getting a refund. First they told me that it could be with authorization and after the authorization was presented they told me that it was not appropriate, additionally they take time to respond. Don't be fooled by this institute.
I have been waiting more than 51 days for a refund which is supposed to take no more than 45 days, according to YOUR terms and conditions, I write and I get no response. They are thiefs.
Update: 126 days have passed and nothing.
I do not know what they use social networks for, specifically the IG since they do not give an answer, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to send me the information to do an English course
