New administration. The endless queues like any other public body. It takes an average of 20 minutes to serve a taxpayer. And the box section is also the fee for matrix printers that are no longer used in other places, however here it is a full steam machine can take up to 3 hours in the queue to pay a tribute of less than 30 thousand bolivars in high season. Officials usually have cordial treatment towards the public, but as the amount of people passing by may give a nervous tic to someone. Air conditioners are not working for the general public. Personally I think that attention can be made even more efficient and faster. What is missing is the will to improve.
