My wife went to open a pensioner account, she lacked the R.I.F and went to apply to Seniat. When we returned, we were again in the last place in the queue and the bank employee in charge of filling in the account application data identified us, wisely called us and with great respect, affection and dynamism did not attend (in the same way, observe how attentive of the other bank employees with respect to the elderly).
