Pipo's is an ice cream shop that has many years in Barquisimeto. For me the best Mantecado is the Pipos Located on 20th Street with 19th Avenue. However on this occasion I visited the headquarters Located in Cabudare, Mcpio. Palavecino of this franchise and I liked it a lot. They had a variety of Toppings and flavors. The cream (ice cream) had a delicious flavor. And very very affordable prices. We even repeat the ice cream hehe. The only thing is that if I would recommend that you enable bathrooms in all your venues. It is the only detail. I recommend them 100% To have a nice time Alone or in Family with a delicious ice cream
