for me it is the best bank in venezuela. very fast and the staff very attentive and friendly as it should be

In particular I think that this bank does not give good attention to pensioners, in fact yesterday 21/11/2017 in the state agency trujillo state they were paying pensioners only 30 thousand and with 10B bills, while the other banks are still paying the full amount to the pensioners and with the new denomination
