Terrible experience. They had a problem with my registration and they had me waiting 3 hours for X-rays when all my exams were ready. The atmosphere is pleasant but the absolute disregard for the user, his time and his routine is impressive, especially on the part of the girls who make the registrations when entering. On the other hand, they do not explain the process of taking exams, which one they will do first and the sequence and time that each one will take, they simply send you to sit down and leave you there waiting. The lack of sensitivity and coldness in the whole process is remarkable. Among the good things they have a mental gymnastics initiative that seems redeemable and with potential, especially since it is a company in the health area. Overall, very bad experience.
