Playa La Restinga

Very nice beach if you want something nice and easy...no luxury, but very relaxed and cool.

Its really far, they don't have the best acomodetys but the food its really cheap !! You can eat 100 oyster for 1$

Natural enclave that serves as an isthmus with the Macanao peninsula. Beach of several kilometers, with frequent waves and generally low occupation. In its waters, cipichipis or guacucos abound, bivalves highly appreciated by the locals. La Restinga is connected to Porlamar with a small bus service. Access to the beach is carried out in peñeros (small traditional boats), which offer a short and pleasant walk through the lagoon and mangrove area. Ideal to spend the day and enjoy a typical meal based on fresh Margarita fish.
