The Ventura is a small and charming restaurant in Chacao with Peruvian food, they have a very rich chicken chili. The ceviche is very good and fresh, we already know how complicated fresh fish is. If you are lucky you get the chicha morada which is a god. Beer is always very cold. Now because of the Covid they only have to take away, but surely when this happens they will open as always.
